Valentine's Rag Wreath
"This Rag Wreath draws upon the earliest history of the wreath as a crown made of ribbon. You may upcycle old bed sheets or use up scraps of fabric from other craft projects. The color may reflect the season, such as pink for Valentine's Day or Easter, Red, White and Blue for the 4th of July, the possibilities are limited only by the number of holidays you celebrate. This is an easy weekend project. "

It's a fun evening of crafting. Just start cutting or tearing up material. Talk about therapy for your nerves! I love it. I can give my family members scissors and in no time at all have that done. Then I just put it together and one pretty wreath is done and ready to hang.

This is a nice project that could involve the whole family or group of friends! As the author mentions, the color of the fabric can be changed up to fit the holiday! To save time, I could see doing two wreaths, one in green tones and one in red. The green one could be augmented with various interchangeable additions to suit the holiday, red holly on wire, or ornaments, then change to paper or foil shamrocks for St. Patrick's Day! The red one could have green ornaments, or any color for the holidays, then hearts for Valentines or red white and blue flags or bunting added for the 4th! Either could have eggs or flowers added for spring!
